"I can only recommend it to EVERYONE! I started the beginner course in February, 2021. I thought there would be a change in my face, but I never imagined it would be this big! Halfway through the beginner course, I saw the change with my own eyes. First on my forehead and around my nose and mouth, where my deep wrinkles became much softer. Since then, I have been going to classes twice a week and now I can see the improvement almost everywhere, e.g.: forehead, around my eyes, around my nose and mouth, décolleté, my skin has become more elastic and I could list more. I am grateful to Juc for the opportunity to show me how to look younger without any injection."

"I was one of the first to start going to Juci's facial gymnastics. Maybe because of my age, and because of the skin type of my face, I only have 1-2 laugh lines around my eyes. I started the program as a preventative measure, so to speak. I experienced the biggest change in my lips. They became much fuller, so I was definitely able to save on the cost of lip augmentation. What's even more striking is that my pores are not as large anymore, so I don't have to visit my beautician as often. We do the exercises in a good mood, (in the advanced group) lying comfortably. We not only do good for our faces, but also help us relax. As part of our evening routine, it serves as a pleasant addition to falling asleep. "I love the change! The first thing I noticed was that my skin is much clearer, my skin tone is even, my skin exfoliation will probably get worse because I forget to use it. I learned a lot about myself and compared to how nervous I was before starting about how many classes I could be there, I feel like I learned to organize my time there quite well (however I managed it)."
Note: with a small child sometimes on her neck, sometimes on her lap, but she was steadfastly present throughout the beginner training and is in the advanced classes 2 times a week :) <3

I recommend Juc FITFACE facial exercises to everyone by heart! I am grateful that as a sports instructor I was able to get acquainted with an area of movement that was unknown to me. The classes are cheerful and varied, Juc confidently guides us through the world of moving facial muscles, we constantly receive feedback and after a few sessions, our facial muscles really start to build and we learn to use them. As a result of the exercises, my facial skin has become smoother, smaller wrinkles have disappeared and, which is another very positive effect for me, it also complements my physiotherapy (hand numbness originating from the neck). It also strengthens and stretches the neck muscles, and with the eye exercises, my eyes are less tired during the day. I am grateful for this great opportunity and I can only recommend it to everyone!"
